Entry Pre-Requisite

• Hold current security licence
• Must have completed equivalent of Cert 2 PRS3 or PRS98 within the last 3 years
• Certificate must be current within the last 10 months
• Recognition of prior learning skills - Contact the office for further information
• Mutual recognition and credit points recognised
• Certificate 2 minimum requirement
• Current First Aid Certificate

Annual Re-Certification of Weapons Licence

• Must hold current security licence
• Must recertify each year whilst holding weapons licence
• Must complete assessments and range training
• Will receive notification from weapons registry of renewal
• Don't leave to the last minute
• Allow 4 weeks to arrange testing and collection of test papers
• Call into the office to arrange range booking
• We go to the range every Wednesday
• Range testing after hours please phone the office for times and dates
